Your Doctor/Consultant can now send us your prescription electronically using the HSE secure email, “healthmail “and this means we no longer require the paper prescription when it is sent by this method.

How to order your Prescription Collection

  • Give order at GP Surgery

    Order your items at your local GP surgery and tell them that a member of staff from O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy will pick up the order on your behalf.

  • Complete online order form

    Fill in and submit our online prescription collection service order form below.

  • Collect your order from us

    Collect your completed prescription from us in the pharmacy.

We will collect your prescription from your local doctor’s surgery & have your prescription ready for you to collect from us in the pharmacy (collections available on Tuesdays & Thursdays currently).
